Smokey Mountain Medical Equipment has been serving East Tennessee with home medical equipment and supply needs since 2005. As the area's best locally owned supplier of home health products and services, we provide superior customer service and top quality medical equipment and supplies. Our staff of 11 qualified employees includes Respiratory Therapist, Customer Service Representatives, a Service Manager, a General Manager and Billing Associates. Our staff members have as many as 30 years experience in providing quality healthcare and receive ongoing education so you know you’ll be taken care of. With the owners of Smokey Mountain Medical on-site and hands on with customers, you can be sure you will get the best service and quick responses to any questions or issues. Smokey Mountain Medical wants to give you the customer service you won’t find at the bigger stores.
How can we help you today? We can arrange for home visits we participate with most major insurance plans, are a Medicare provider, and will coordinate insurance billing for covered items.
